The three parties will engage in in-depth cooperation in real estate development and urban renewal, in related fields such as intelligent building O&M, digital energy, big data and connected applications. They will work together to shape benchmarks and best practices for intelligent and low-carbon building O&M, open new scenarios for the integration of architecture and technology, and usher in a new mode of business development.
For building operators to lead the market, the key is to become smarter and less carbon intensive. However, energy saving and carbon reduction and intelligent O&M of buildings is a systematic project, which requires not only computer information technology, but also rich experience in building O&M, and moreover, application scenarios. The three partners can complement one another in low-carbon and smart transformation of buildings. That is, based on Zhaotai Group's application scenarios and its nearly 30 years of experience in building O&M management, Huawei provides ICT technology strengths such as smart building system architecture, digital energy, connectivity, and IoT, and Xuyao Construction Technology provides total solutions for building wisdom, green energy management, design, renovation, and O&M.
In the future, the three parties will work together to develop a smart building O&M software platform, build a smart and green building O&M standard system, and establish a far-reaching technical partnership in the urban renewal market.
