On April 28, 2022, Ms. Liang Jiating, the Executive Director and Executive Vice President of Zhaotai Group, accompanied by Ms. Zhang Liying, Vice President and General Manager of Financial Investment Department of Zhaotai Group and Mr. Tan Xiangjun, Deputy General Manager of Fenghui Property, and Hidetoshi Ito, Director for Medical Treatment and Pension and Mr. Sho Nitta, First-class Clerk of the Economic Division of Japanese Embassy in China visited the “Huijia Health Care” Project situated at Xidan North Avenue, aiming to build the “Huijia Health Care” International Service System and provide professional home-based health care services. Ms. Liang Jiating introduced the strategic plan of “Property + Health Care” and the social responsibilities of enterprise, and Mr. Hidetoshi Ito and Mr. Sho Nitta expressed their admiration for her strategic layout and entrepreneurial spirit of giving back to the community. They conducted exchanged opinions on the prospect of pension industry.
They also visited Huimin Children’s Hospital of TCM and Yanhuang Hospital of TCM, which own Beijing Huimin Medical and Health Development Foundation，the cooperation organizations of “Huijia Health Care”.
After the visit, Ms. Zhang Liying introduced the business model of the project and Mr. Tan Xiangjun introduced “Fenghui Property” in detail, respectively, in the following exchange activities. Mr. Sho Nitta appreciated the operating model of centering on the community resources of Fenghui Property to realize “Property + Health Care”. Mr. Hidetoshi Ito spoke highly of the orientation and expertise of the "Huijia Health Care” project, and introduced the advanced operation modes and successful management experience of pension institutions in Japan. Meanwhile, he said he would introduce well-known Japanese health care enterprises to provide stronger impetus for the "Huijia Health care" project.
In February 2022, Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau issued the Notice on Supporting the Pilot Work of "Property Service + Pension Service", further driving the development of "Huijia Health Care". After two years of research and planning, the "Huijia Health care" demonstration project will be launched in Xidan North Street, aiming to build a new benchmark enterprise that provides long-lasting "property + health care" one-stop service.
Taking the strategic development of Fenghui Property as a starting point, the resources integration of investment bank as the guidance, and the financial street residential area of Zhaotai Group as the carrier, “Huijia Health Care” seized the development opportunities endowed by the era to delicately establish a new type of community and one-stop health care service platform with resources such as favorable geographical and human conditions and professional technologies. This project will positively contribute on the solution of the aging problem and the development of pension industry in China.
