New Milestone, New Mission
Zhaotai Group was elected as the new President Unit of Strategic Alliance on Technology Innovation of Passive Low-energy Building Industry after voting by all members of the Alliance as of October 12, 2021. Zhu Haoyu, President of the Group, will serve as the President of the Alliance.
The concept and technology of passive building have gone mature in China and are becoming a consensus in the energy-efficient buildings field. The Strategic Alliance on Technology Innovation of Passive Low-energy Building Industry was established in 2015 by the Center for Science, Technology and Industrialization Development of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Since its establishment more than six years ago, the Alliance has gathered the outstanding enterprises in the development, design, construction, testing and production of passive low-energy buildings, covering the whole industrial chain of passive low-energy buildings. It has been widely recognized in the industry and achieved remarkable results in technical cooperation, experience exchange, standard research, publicity, etc. among others.
Focus on Technological Innovation to Lead and Drive Industrial Development
Zhaotai Group is deeply engaged in real estate development with high-value and high-quality urban land resources and advanced operation and management experience. After nearly 30 years of development, it has completed its strategic upgrading and achieved its strategic goal of diversified development. Being elected as the new President Unit of Strategic Alliance on Technology Innovation of Passive Low-energy Building Industry means a new milestone achieved by Zhaotai Group. We are granted a new mission and substantial responsibilities and will face arduous tasks. Zhaotai Group will take its responsibilities as the President Unit to enhance the cohesion and influence of the Alliance, and will fully support the development of the Alliance counting on the leading enterprises in the industry and in combination with its own advantages in industry resources.
In the future, Zhaotai Group will focus on the technology innovation course of passive low-energy building industry, foster a close alliance among members, strengthen the information communication and industry exchange among them, and further promote the technical innovation, resource sharing, advantage complementarity and industry cooperation in the passive ultra-low-energy buildings field, so as to lead the ultra-low-energy green buildings industry into a new era.
