In the afternoon on July 29, Song Mei, Vice Mayor of Xicheng District, Beijing City, visited Zhaotai Group with other leaders, to seek the group's opinions and suggestions on regional service works. She was accompanied by Zeng Chengdong, Member of the party group of Xicheng District Development and Reform Commission, He Ruijun, Deputy Director of Xicheng District Finance Bureau, Yin Shen, Deputy Director of Xicheng District Housing and Construction Committee, Lin Wei, Deputy Director of Financial Street Subdistrict Office, Qie Shunqi, Deputy Director of West Chang'an Street Subdistrict Office, and Wang Jiayu, Director of Emergency Response Office, Xicheng District Health Committee. According to Song Mei, the main purpose of this visit was to extend regards to the leaders of the Group and to express gratitude for the contribution made by the enterprise in Xicheng District's development; to communicate with them to learn about existing bottlenecks in business development, and to ensure good service and policy guidance and support for the Group; to hear opinions and suggestions from the enterprise on the construction and future development of Xicheng District to boost regional development.
Chairman Wang Quan presented the overview of the Group, its 30-year development, its three-stage strategic plan, its 3+4 overall thinking of strategic actions, its main business sections and major ongoing and renovation projects, with special emphasis on restructuring and renewal under Beijing's urban functional positioning. In terms of commercial real estate development and operation, new energy will be employed to achieve low-carbon and eco-friendly development.
As an experienced enterprise of 30 years, Zhaotai Group has made great contributions to the construction and taxation of Xicheng District, and is a high-quality enterprise with a sense of social responsibility, strong commitment, and good faith, said Vice Mayor Song Mei. The district committee and the district government will do their best to solve problems raised by the Group in an orderly manner as far as policy allows. Regarding some serious problems, they will study them as soon as possible and coordinate well with relevant municipal departments to try to solve them. In the future, the district government will give strong support in coordinating relevant information and policies and offer relevant preferential policies.
